Our Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns on products that were shipped by us, provided the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged/defective item). The item(s) must be returned along with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellations
You can only cancel your order on the same day it was placed. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of the total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected].
