RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to offer the best quality products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a refund or exchange it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Items purchased at a discount or on sale cannot be returned.

Returns/Exchanges
- Exchanges and returns for store credit are free of charge.
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal) will incur a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Steps for Returning or Exchanging an Item:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email and specify the size or item you wish to exchange for (please note, we cannot guarantee availability of all items or sizes).
- Mail your return to the address provided via email.
- Once your return is received, we will either ship your new item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges, import duties/taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds are subject to a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
